Healthcare Ownership and Market Intelligence
Not sure what arrives in the download? See exactly what each intelligence package contains, file by file, before you buy.
Every product below is built on WhoOwnsCare's analytical layer: entity resolution, corporate-family mapping, operator identification, change-of-ownership attribution, HCRIS financial analysis, and six-component distress scoring. The underlying CMS records are public; the resolution, scoring and compilation are what you are buying. Delivered as downloadable files under a Standard Internal-Use license.
Coverage: Texas, California, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Illinois. Data vintage is stated on every report and file; the current cycle uses CMS files published July–August 2026.

| State report | Evaluate market ownership and concentration | State Ownership Dataset ($249) |
| Acquisition report | Examine ownership changes and subsequent performance | Acquisition intelligence, delivered in the Distress & Acquisition Radar ($399) |

- The operating family is kept separate from the legal parent; a legal parent never replaces the operating-family boundary.
- Lenders and property owners are never treated as operators.
- Every relationship is typed and sourced to the filing it came from.
- Historical financial periods are attributed conservatively; periods straddling an ownership change are never attributed to either party.
- Unresolved evidence remains unresolved rather than being forced into a grouping.
- Acquisition analysis describes temporal association, not causation.

Lender Exposure Report
Who buys this: lenders and investors identifying recorded capital exposure. Example finding: PACS Group, Inc. carries 6 recorded lender or security relationships across its portfolio. Included fields.
Which lenders hold recorded security or mortgage interests against which operators, aggregated to corporate family, with the distress profile of the underlying facilities.
- Lender, security and mortgage relationships as recorded in CMS ownership and enrollment filings
- Aggregation from individual facilities up to resolved corporate families
- Distress scores and component detail for the facilities behind each relationship
This report maps recorded relationships and facility distress signals. It is not a credit rating, a default prediction, or an assessment of any lender's actual loss exposure.

Refunds
WhoOwnsCare reports and datasets are digital information products that deliver immediate access to proprietary research and data. Purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, with defined exceptions: duplicate billing, failure to deliver, a materially defective file we cannot replace, a product materially different from its description at purchase, or where a refund is required by law. Orders canceled before delivery are refunded in full. Full policy: Digital Product Refund Policy.
License
Purchases include a Standard Internal-Use license: internal research and analysis, investment research, market research, transaction screening, lending research, business development, consulting analysis, reasonable internal excerpts, and cited excerpts with attribution. Reselling, redistribution, republishing, white-labeling and derivative databases require a commercial license. WhoOwnsCare's restrictions apply to its proprietary analysis and compilations, never to the underlying public CMS records, which anyone may retrieve from CMS directly.
