Operator Intelligence Report: What You Receive
An operator intelligence report reconstructs one corporate family in full. The free operator page answers who controls a facility. This answers what the family is: every legal entity attributed to it, every facility it controls across covered states, the recorded ownership changes on both sides of the portfolio, and the financial reporting coverage behind each facility.
Answers: is this counterparty one company or forty, what has it bought and sold, and where is the reporting thin?
What Is in the Download
Corporate Family Intelligence Report is delivered as a single ZIP. Every package carries the same documentation files so a analyst can audit it without asking us what a column means:
| File in your download | What it is |
|---|---|
facilities.csv | Every facility attributed to the family, with state, care setting, CCN and the evidence for the attribution. |
legal_entities.csv | The legal entities that roll up into the family, with the relationship type recorded for each. |
ownership_changes.csv | Recorded changes of ownership involving the family, with dates and both sides. |
financial_coverage.csv | Which facilities have usable cost-report coverage, and which do not. |
report.html | The written analysis. Findings and conclusions, with every figure traced to the file it came from. |
DATA_DICTIONARY.csv | Every column in every CSV in this package, with a plain definition. Documents exactly the files shipped, nothing else. |
METHODOLOGY.txt | How the figures were produced, and the frozen metric-registry version they were produced with. |
README.txt | Coverage line, licence class, data vintage and the limits of the product. |
LICENCE.txt | The licence class this order was sold under. |
What This Example Does Not Show
Column names and definitions are published here. Values are not. This is a description of the product, not a redacted copy of it: no row of the paid dataset appears on this page, and the free pages on this site are unaffected by what is sold here. How the data is built is public in full.
Coverage, Licence and Limits
- Coverage is stated in the package README and matches the files shipped in that package, not a marketing figure.
- Each order is sold under a named licence class, included as
LICENCE.txt. - Figures are screening signals derived from public CMS filings. They are not credit ratings, default predictions, or assessments of any organisation's actual financial condition.
- Digital products are covered by the refund policy, not by a blanket return window.
