State Distress and Acquisition Radar: What You Receive
The radar scores a state, and states plainly which facilities it could not score. Scoring requires an adequate reporting window. Facilities without one are coverage-suppressed rather than scored on partial data, and the count of each is on the front page of the report. A score is a screening signal built from public filings, not a credit rating or a prediction of failure.
Answers: which facilities in this state are under financial and operating stress, and which of those have changed hands.
