Acquisition Intelligence Report: What You Receive
Acquisition intelligence answers who is buying, who is selling, and what condition the assets were in. Each side of a recorded transaction is attributed to its resolved corporate family, so portfolio movement can be read at the family level rather than facility by facility, and each transaction carries the distress profile of the facilities involved at the time it was recorded.
Answers: which families are accumulating, which are exiting, and what the transferred portfolios looked like.
What Is in the Download
Seven-State Intelligence Bundle is delivered as a single ZIP. Every package carries the same documentation files so a analyst can audit it without asking us what a column means:
| File in your download | What it is |
|---|---|
transactions.csv | Recorded ownership changes with buyer-side and seller-side family attribution. |
portfolio_velocity.csv | Acquisition and divestiture counts and net portfolio change per family over the covered window. |
distress_overlay.csv | The distress profile of transferred facilities, where the reporting window supports one. |
lender_relationships.csv | Recorded lender, mortgage and security relationships attached to the facilities involved. |
report.html | The written analysis. Findings and conclusions, with every figure traced to the file it came from. |
DATA_DICTIONARY.csv | Every column in every CSV in this package, with a plain definition. Documents exactly the files shipped, nothing else. |
METHODOLOGY.txt | How the figures were produced, and the frozen metric-registry version they were produced with. |
README.txt | Coverage line, licence class, data vintage and the limits of the product. |
LICENCE.txt | The licence class this order was sold under. |
What This Example Does Not Show
Column names and definitions are published here. Values are not. This is a description of the product, not a redacted copy of it: no row of the paid dataset appears on this page, and the free pages on this site are unaffected by what is sold here. How the data is built is public in full.
Coverage, Licence and Limits
- Coverage is stated in the package README and matches the files shipped in that package, not a marketing figure.
- Each order is sold under a named licence class, included as
LICENCE.txt. - Figures are screening signals derived from public CMS filings. They are not credit ratings, default predictions, or assessments of any organisation's actual financial condition.
- Digital products are covered by the refund policy, not by a blanket return window.
